With the changes of the development of financial markets and commercial bankingbusiness environment, non-interest business has become an important symbol ofmodern commercial banks. benefit from mixed with regulators, business model ofWestern commercial banks has become more and more flexible, and has the trend ofIntegrated operation. The proportion of the western commercial banks has severelydeclined, and the non-interest business has developed fast, the revenue structure hasbecome increasingly diversified. So, from the view of development of China’scommercial banks, income irrational structure has restricted the development of China’scommercial banks and profit growth bottleneck.In this case, China’s commercial banks have started to learn from foreignexperience in the development of the commercial banks in developed regions, theimplementation of integrated operations diversified development strategy, vigorouslydevelop non-interest income, optimize revenue structure. Therefore, the study of thestructure of our commercial banking revenues, as well as its transformation problem hasa very important practical significance.Firstly, describes Commercial the theoretical basis Bank income structure. ThenEmpirical Analysis The status quo of China’s listed commercial bank income structure,and fully draw on the development experience of foreign revenue structure ofcommercial banks. Finally, analysis the necessity of restructuring the commercialbanking income of Listed, and Explore the structural transformation of China’scommercial banking income path and Countermeasures.Through the analysis, this paper argues that the China’s commercial banks shouldbe adapted to local conditions to start restructuring the revenue structure: depending ontheir stage of development and scale, choose a different direction transition path andstrategy, and ultimately enhance the competitive strength.
