Since the1980s, as the financial markets and information technology continuesto progress, our traditional banking mainly spread income as operating incomemain-profit, and the gradual loss of competitive advantage, due to the continuousdevelopment of information technology, financial markets magnify the traditionalbanking industry is facing a crisis of survival. Survive the crisis has forced Westerncommercial banks for business development, to find new profit generating point, theuse of long-established information resources, capital and technological advantages,intermediary business innovation, the use of the intermediary business revenuegrowth to make up for traditional bank deposit and loan business downturn, theintermediate business of reform and innovation, to become international bankingtrends.In this paper, the use of logical analysis and empirical analysis researchmethods to explore and examine, from the theory and practice of state-ownedcommercial banks intermediate business, and provide a theoretical basis andrecommendations for its development. Firstly, talk about the crisis faced by thestate-owned commercial banks, to study the historical background of the Westerncommercial banks intermediate business transformation and change; followed byanalysis of state-owned commercial banks intermediate business development,indicate the effect of the inherent power of innovation of state-owned commercialbanks intermediate business transformation, empirical analysis of the macro andmicro factors affect the business income of the state-owned commercial banksintermediate business. Secondly, discusses innovation-led, state-owned commercialbanks intermediate business development strategies, including intermediate businessinnovation, product design, product price and service mechanism; finally, sum up the existence of the risk of the intermediary business. Third, theanalysis of the problems faced by the impact of state-owned commercial banksintermediate business to expand, the comparative analysis of commercial banksdifferent factors affect the intermediate business income, real propulsion theintermediate business transformation of state-owned commercial banks. Fourth, theuse of innovative theoretical analysis of the inherent power of state-ownedcommercial banks intermediate business innovation, according to the special natureof the reform of state-owned commercial bank intermediary business, theintermediate business innovation in the reform of state-owned commercial banks, thechanges of the external environment, due to multi-on behalf of the innovation process,to explore the motives of the state-owned commercial bank intermediary businessinnovation, and innovative leadership, the intermediate business transformationstrategy.
