Research On Learning CHANG-ZHU-TAN’s Experience Of VIETNAM Urban Development Pattern

In the21st century, sustainable development is not only a basic objective which around the world is pursuing, but also the only way which humanity obtain their survival and development. But this goal takes developing countries facing a lot of great challenges, that’s while being good at handling nowadays with immediate and long-term of relationship, handling the relationship that is between economic and social benefits properly.This study entitled "Research on learning Chang-Zhu-Tan’s experience of Vietnam urban development pattern", that study and learn from the experience Urban Agglomeration of "two-oriented society", to explore how Vietnam implements sustainable urban development strategy problems. Vietnam and China are socialist and developing countries, urban development in Vietnam is as this study’s main research object, in order to attempt at favoring Vietnam in the future’s urban development of pattern and planning strategiesA country’s socio-economic situation can be measured by its urbanization level. Developing countries’economies are relatively backward, urbanization started late, so some problems will happen inevitably. In recent years, rapid urbanization in Vietnam led to socio-economic developing. In view of Vietnam’s feature, Vietnam must learn from other developing countries’advanced experience, in order to explore a new path of consistent with itself and its own characteristics."Two-oriented Industry" system,"Two-oriented Culture" system,"Two-oriented Habitat" relation,"Two-oriented Environment" system,"Two-oriented Management" system fully reflects the innovative features of Chang-Zhu-Tan "Two-oriented Society". Urbanization in Vietnam should attend to:building actively, improving ecological-livability-sustainability infrastructure; making more efforts to promoting science and technology, enhancing independent innovation capability; developing vigorously circular economy; promoting resource conservation, efficient using and strengthening environment protection; enhancing concentration and radiation of center city, driving social and economic development throughout regional; promoting new rural construction effectively; fully exerting traditional culture and historical heritage advantage; perfecting management system and urban planning policy control. This is Vietnam achieve sustainable development of the road.
