Czt City Cluster Building "two-oriented Society," An Empirical Analysis

As the deepening of China's urban construction, the urban agglomeration becomes the focus that people can not avoid. How can we considerate to energy consumption and environmental protection when developing urban economy be a important topic in our sustainable economic development. Urban agglomeration is the most important vector to achieve this fine target.With the anniversary of chang-zhu-tan "two-oriented society",this article hopes to evaluate the city group's own competitiveness and the results of the ecological environment by objective datum. In addition to introduction and a conclusion part, the physical part of this paper is divided into four parts:In the first part, this section introduces the formation foundation of chang-zhu-tan city group and the construction situation of its "two-oriented society" construction. By analyzing the advantages of Chang-Zhu-Xiang urban agglomeration,we propose its development strategy and positioning.In the second part, this section studies the city group's competitiveness. By selecting the evaluation index system of urban agglomeration,we use principal component analysis to compare chang-zhu-tan city group and the other group of the central region in urban functions,in the first place,economic strength,the quality of life,the level of industrial development,opening to the outside world,technology and human resources,infrastructure and living environment,and give a comprehensive competitiveness through the eight aspects.In the third part,this section studies the spatial structure and function structure of chang-zhu-tan Urban Agglomeration .we use fractal theory model to calculate the group's spatial structure. we collect the group's GDP data on the composition of 2002-2007,and also analyze the three major industry trends.In the fourth part,we study the ecological environment construction of the urban agglomeration and analysis the city disease of over-urbanization,as well as selecting other cities' development model as a reference. This part uses ecological footprint method to study per capita ecological footprint and per capital environmental carrying capacity of the urban agglomeration,finally analysies the city group's prospects for sustainable development.Finally,in the conclusion part this paper summes up the experience and development characteristics of the city at home and abroad ,and we hope that those advanced experience can be our wealth.
