Employee relation management penetrates throughout the process of human resource, the new times, it has new distinct character. As China’s industrialization and marketization, the management philosophy of HR and managers are changed gradually from traditional labor and personnel management to human resource management. And the employee relation has a direct influence on the stable staff team. In this paper, after reviewing the research achievement about employee relationship management, psychological contract and corporate culture in and abroad, GYLL’s employee is as the research object, we make a deep analysis by theory and empirical approach for GYLL’s present problem of employee relation management.In this paper, firstly, we have interviewed with former employee and find the problem in GYLL’s employee relation management. Secondly, we make the questionnaire survey to employees to find the main problem and cause of employee relation management through factor analysis and regression analysis by SPSS software. The main factor of influencing employee relation management is organizational responsibility by empirical approach. We conclude the two factors-organization support and corporate culture by factor analysis of organizational responsibility and make a deep analysis from the two factors for the problem of employee relation management in this company. The problem is mainly reflected in salary system, employee career development platform, learning and training, staff communication management and corporate culture, etc. To solve those problems, we establish a set of guarantee system for employee relation management, including salary system, personnel training system, communication system, employment system and corporate culture, etc.
