| In the long run, enterprise strategy reaserch is a major business issue about survival and development, is the core of modern enterprise management, also is a determinant of business success in a competitive environment. The bussiness nature of civil airport is ignored easily by the public due to its its natural monopoly and welfare while actually a large number of civil airports were erected as the completion of the civilian airport belongs to the local government which brought an increasingly fierce competition in the home market. With a gradually open of civil aviation market to the foreignal or private capital while the annexations and reorganizations of civil airport, the importance of enterprise strategy reaserch is being awared.Under the guidance of Strategy of Rise of Central China established by CPC Central committee and the State Council, and Strategy of Making China Strong in Civil Aviation formulated by CAAC, Wuhan Airport fully played its role of Wuhan Window and drove the regional economic development from an ever new strategic dimension. As the largest airport in the central of China, its strategic develpoment has been concerned and supported from every positive factors of society. With the Opportunities and challenges, it is imperative to work out the superior strategies and policies for its development to look for a way out in a tough situation, to overcome their own weaknesses and to aviod certain risks.The author conducts a strategic research concerning the above background information and the construction of Wuhan hub airport planning by dividing the dissertation into six sections.Firstly, the definition, the characteristics and the a huge boots to the regional economy of civil airports will be presented as well as the necessity of Wuhan airport strategic research. Then, the history and current development of Wuhan airport will be briefly introduced for the preparation of the airport strategy analysis. It is that i shall analyze the environment of interior and exterior of Wuhan airport, analyze the external environment by using PEST model, analyze every battle of business field by using Potter’s five forces model, analyze all pros and cons, chance and crisis by using SWOT method. In the section four, the basic theory will be introduced while the fundamental prerequisite for a hub airport will be underlined. Based on these two chapters which brings an enviormental analysis of Wuhan airport and brings a theory reserve of a hub airport, the general strategic target of rebuild Wuhan airport to be the top hub airport in the central of China can be clarified. In the last section, a feasible measure to realize target will presented according to the requires for Wuhan airport strategic target and for a hub airport. |
