With the continuous development of Internet, internet influences every aspect of the society and our daily lives. E-commerce has become a series of social activities that our national government, companies, institutions, organizations, and individuals cannot refuse. Compared to traditional commerce, it has more goods returning. What’s more, e-commerce enterprises pay more attention to the "customer experience-oriented" to improve the service; enhance the company’s reputation, so they places great emphasis on returning service. As a core of e-commerce supply chain, logistics system also needs to make some adjustments and improvements on the competitive model, organizational model and mode of operation. But research on the return of goods in e-commerce sales still in its infancy, especially in the integration of location and inventory problems. Location and inventory, as two core elements of logistics systems, can optimize the integrated logistics system, improve logistics efficiency and reduce logistics costs for their reasonable convergence. This paper is to study the characters, problems and solutions faced of logistics systems in e-commerce supply chain environment, and establish facility location-inventory control problem integrated dynamic optimization model under B2B and B2C models, drawing on the existing approximate, heuristic and sub heuristic algorithm to design an effective heuristic algorithm or mixed sub heuristic algorithm for solving the model, and do model validation, algorithm analysis and comparison work. This paper expands the research from the following five chapters:The first chapter recommends the research background, significance, current research, research contents and major innovations. The second chapter introduces the basic principles of the algorithms which will be used to solve the model in this paper. The third chapter sets up a mixed integer programming based on LIP of e-commerce environment issues with no quality problems return, proposes an improved tabu search algorithm to solve this problem, and conducts a comparative analysis of algorithms. The fourth chapter is based on mixed quality defects, considering the impact of returned merchandise on inventory decisions, establishes a closed-loop LIP model, designs a hybrid heuristic algorithm based on ant colony algorithm and Lagrangian relaxation algorithm to solve the model, and gets the optimal solution.
