| International business includes almost any form of the transfer of economic resources. As one aspect,international financial investment provides more opportunities and choices to institutions and individuals while at greater risk because of inherent specificity of financial decision making. International financial investment is a major force in promoting world economic integration, institutions or individuals can be involved according to their financial investment levels and enjoy the benefits of international diversification.This paper uses the analysis results of previous studies of international investment and capital flows for references to form a comprehensive and clear understanding based on previous research on the theory for all aspects of characteristics of QDII products.As one of the first to get the issue quota of commercial banks, the Bank of East Asia’s(BEA) public disclosure of QDII information reflects rather large differences of net asset value on different sectors, regions, asset allocation. So according to the performance of the QDIIs this paper sees the second half of2013as the internal and divides the studied bank samples into groups, followed by the inquiry of relevant aspects of fund QDII, comparing the differences in the two sides within the range above-mentioned. On the basis of introducing several type inherent risks represented by BEA’s QDII, it gives a deep analysis of bank QDII. The result is that although bank QDII was started earlier, the restriction is more than that of fund QDII, and it can be seen some drawbacks in the sector allocation through the analysis of BEA offshore wealth management banking products. The article also focuses on to relations of different QDII fund performance and investment direction or the industry through a simple empirical research and has some analysis of fund QDII specifically for the region and asset allocation in order to more fully reflect the characteristics of the QDII overseas layout. |
