Private Enterprise Human Capital Value Measurement Research

With the continuous development of social economy, private economy has become an indispensable part. As the main participants, private enterprises’progress directly affects the private economic results. In order to seek for greater development and long-term competitive advantage during knowledge-driven age, Private enterprises have to make the most of its resources, especially the capacity of human capital. Therefore it is significant to study the value of Human capital. To recognizing the value of human capital in essence, this paper gives a definition of research scope for private enterprises’human-capital-value measurement and makes an intensive study from the perspective of enterprise. Firstly, find out the concept, classification characteristics and property rights of human capital to comprehend it. Secondly, study human capital’s formation to know its influence on value, then analyze the components and methods of its value. Finally, build the measurement model. Through the study of human capital value measurement, the aim of this paper is to let enterprise realize its importance and lay the foundation to solve management problems.
