Private economy in china has gained tremendous achievement after twenty years' development and the growth of the private enterprises has become the focus of today. Private entrepreneur has become the essential resource and driving force in the development of private enterprises, thus promoting the development of the society and the economy. Nowadays, the theoretic research on entrepreneur has been the hotspot in such fields as economics, management and sociology.This thesis first comments on the theories concerning enterprise growth and reviews the private economy of Zhejiang Province, on the basis of which the concept of private entrepreneur is defined and the characteristics of entrepreneur analyzed; then the analytic frame of entrepreneurial human capital, social capital as well as enterprise growth is put forward based on entrepreneurial human capital and social capital theories, entrepreneur human capital concentrates more on how entrepreneur constantly change or improve their own ability with the growth of enterprises; while entrepreneur social capital focuses more on the effect of entrepreneur network on the development of the enterprises, the nature as well as the scope of the entrepreneur network will change with different growth periods of the enterprises. Finally, I selects a typical private enterprise, i.e. FEIYUE Group, discusses the relations between the enterprise founder-QiuJibao' s human capital, social capital and enterprise growth in great detail. On one hand, the thesis starts with the different growth periods of the enterprise and then analyzes the dynamic adaption of QiuJibao' s human capital to enterprise growth; On the other hand, it discusses the relationship between entrepreneur network and the growth of enterprise from such facets as relatives, suppliers, government and competitors. The case study of FEIYUE Group well tests the theoretical framework the thesis puts forward.
