Operations managementteam is currently in Harbin KeYunDuan still in the stage of exploration and attempt.There are a lot of management shortcomings, therefore, Harbin KeYunDuan fleetoperations management research space is very big, how to study further establish andimprove the operation management team of the new train of thought, achieve correctevaluation of managers and employees of their political integrity and professionalperformance, incentive urged managers and employees to improve service quality,earnestly perform their duties, strengthen the service consciousness, and employment,rewards and punishment, training, and provides the basis for promotion is an urgenttask.The purpose of this study is to research the current operational managementteam, through the study of operations management team, analyzes the existingproblems in operational management team, and analyze the cause of the problem, forthe current operation measures for the management team provides the theory basis fordiagnosis and redesign, formulate feasible improvement measures, and to assess railproduction layout after the adjustment the cadres and staff work performance, hasimportant practical significance.
