In recent years, many experts have carried on the research and discussion in HRmanagement, pedagogy, psychology and other project, many testing ways,such aspersonality assessment, competency assessment, etc.This paper applied psychology inassessment using personality assessment to determine the candidate’s personality tendency.The related theory, including respectively from psychoanalytic orientation, thebehavioral orientation of personality, personality orientation and personality-sceneinteraction to study theory of personality traits.Management style, people–job matchingtheory and personality test theory.To use the the trait assessment, management style evaluation and people–jobmatching test system, and change the T company’s current recruitment system, add thepersonality assessment in the system.Base on the current situation of T company, analyze the existing problems, re-analyzethe job description base on different job duty, and evaluate the different requirements foreach job with personality tendency.Divide the type of the job into manager, supervisor,engineer, teamleader and technician, Check the applicant’s management style formanagement level.In addition to do the suitability evaluation for some jobs.Finnally, discuss the future of the personality test and its exiting problem, hope thatwe can consider the candidate’s gender differences, age difference, at the same time toevaluate the impact of regional differences when we do the assessment...
