Electronic component industry has been getting a great oppprtunity while electronicinformation industry has been increasing at the high speed nowadays including market sizeand stronger demand and so on in mainland of China.Variety electronic fields andapplications have been expanded from one district to the whole country.Most ofmanufactories in electronic component field are seeking modern marketing strategyand want to keep the competitive positon or get new breakthrought in changing drasticcompetitive enviroment.It is critical to make and implement market strategy on the base ofthe market’s new environment and characteristic in mainland.In this paper to discuss the current situation of electronic market,including themainstream brand of market,sales pattern and full analysis of market with “Five ForceCompetition mode”.With the anaylsis and study of the electronic distribution market as thestrengths and weakness and the target customer to resolve the problem of the mainstreammarket’s distrubion pattern and exsiting problem.As the example of G company,how tomake use of current source,to find the reansonable and excellent diversify sales pattern tofit the development of the company Analysing the problem of current sales channel andprovide the improvement suggestion to optimize the system of distribution and realize thehealthy and continous development of the company.
