In recent years, the Chinese government has been committed to the economic structure adjustment and the upgrading of the industrial structure. China is no longer just the world’s factory to provide labor, but can become a model for all mankind to continue to provide innovative high-tech industry positions. The LCD panel industry is one of the strategic development projects focused on supporting our government therefore it is important to measure the level of technology. With the advent of the information age, LCD panels are applied to almost all areas of visual equipment, which is in every business in this industry chain, and have brought unlimited business opportunities, but it has also brought fierce competition and huge challenges.Apple’s high-tech wave, initiated by the new display devices and others such as Samsung, Lenovo and other companies gives a boost to the LCD industry. Smart phones and tablet PCs not only affects people’s lives, but also quietly affects the entire trends the LCD industry, giving the small and medium-size LCD panels a road towards dominance. The purpose of this marketing strategy study is to find a way to develop business sustainably in this industry.This paper describes the LCD panel industry’s current status and future trends, analyzes the current competitive situations and development and the plight of industry middlemen. Hodad Electronic Co., Ltd. is currently able to foster the environment for a preliminary understanding of the industry. This paper will then carefully introduce Apple products demand for LCD panels, and analyze the impact of Apple’s demand for LCD panels as well as to the entire industry, SWOT analysis method using Hodad Electronic Co, depth analysis, evaluation of the status of its marketing system, problem identification, the4Ps theory as a guide to the tools, from product, price, place and four promotional marketing strategy to optimize not only develop new marketing strategies for large customers’ needs, and to develop control strategies for marketing risks.In this paper, the future direction of its development Hodad Electronic Corporation and the LCD panel industry, Hodad Electronic Co., Ltd. will develop a viable marketing strategy, hoping to provide some useful thinking for sustainable development of Hodad Electronic Co., Ltd. and suggestions, while hoping for the LCD panel industry middlemen companies in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to provide a reference, in order to facilitate the healthy development of the LCD panel industry.
