The Study On Construction Of Yongxin Coating Integrated Inventory Management Platform

Many corporations began to improve the system efficiency by controlling the stock. Because of the limitation of paint industry’s overall development, with the addition of the complication of its variety and workmanship, the study on the paint corporation’s supply chain management is still sourcing and developing.Regard the stock management as the main concept, this paper takes advantage of the relative theories and methods of stock supply chain management and integrated inventory management and regards the current stock management conditions and problems to analyze the reasons for the stock management’s problems of Yongxin coating and reveals out the factors that impacts on its stock management by Causality diagram analysis. This article suggests to shape up a coordinated and high efficient stock management operation system by establishing an integrated inventory management platform of Yongxin, ie dynamic integrating all corporation stock management operations factors and support elements by the intelligent digital system. In this way, the performance of Yongxin stock management could be improved.The improvement of corporation inventory management relies on the advanced management concept and concrete operation plans. Hope this paper could be used as a reference for the coating industry and widely manufactured corporations how could they optimize the stock cost and customer satisfaction enhancement under the supply chain management by the study of the construction of Yongxin coating integrated inventory management platform.
