Since2005, the fixed-line communications enterprise economic decline year by year, especially the two operators of Unicom and Telecom voice services more present a low and micro patent. Because of this, the Country’s Telecom industry development direction, through Unicom and Netcom restructuring and merger, all management control of fixed-line and mobile had been sent to the new Unicom after the reorganization, the fixed-line and mobile business got new life. However, after the restructuring of the new China Unicom, naturally became the leader of the homogeneous competition, through the low price competition to gain market share is extremely difficult. Face the dilemma, to carry out the necessary market analysis, adjust management strategy, select the most optimal competitive strategy, is a subsidiary urgent to solve the key for Zhangye Unicom branch, so make a more sustainable development of enterprises, operating in healthy and scientific orbit.
