At present, the degree of the world market is more and more high, the contradiction between economic development and ethics have become increasingly prominent. Currently, the contradiction between economic and ethics of western developed countries have a certain degree of ease, but failed to fundamentally solve the problem. The civilization of human society is advancing, the contradiction between economic and ethics is contrary to the laws of human history. Marx’s theory represents the fundamental interests of all of humanity, which is rich, extensive in content and range, especially the criticism of the capitalist economy contain rich economic ethics thought. The1844Economics and Philosophy Manuscripts was Marx’s early economics achievement. In the "Manuscript", Marx stood in the Communist principle of humanity, criticized the operation rules of the capitalist economy deeply, gave working class which have miserable economic and ethical destiny a profound ethical care.
