In recent years, with the rapid development of the domestic economy, the rapid development of China’s building materials market, especially in green building materials decoration materials development is particularly rapid in2008affected by weak domestic policy control and real estate, the building materials industry saw a decline of trend. Shandong, China’s new materials industry companies affected by the company’s industry development trend, shrinking market share, declining economies, the existing marketing strategy system can not meet the needs of the company’s future development, to develop future-oriented marketing programs have become the company’s new marketing urgent needs of strategic development.In this paper, Shandong Waseray New Materials Technology Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Waseray companies) Green Building Materials Marketing for the study, after which the company’s internal and external environment and eventually made a full analysis of the industry, the company developed China’s green building Systems marketing programs. The text is divided into eight parts, the first part of the green building industry marketing research company background and significance of major China are briefly described. Part VIII concludes that Waseraycompanies marketing path.This paper aims to develop scientific marketing company system solutions to effectively play the company’s existing talent management, brand, service and other advantages, nurture and develop the competitiveness of marketing, thus promoting the sustainable and healthy development of the company.
