A Study On Evaluation System Of Shanxi Green Building Materials

In 21 century, the economy of china are rapid developping, the rapid development of a large num ber of nati onal key construction projects, the construction of rural urbanization reform, transportation facilities, provided an unprecedented development conditions for the building m aterials i ndustry, also laid the foundation for the development of green building materials.This thesis focus on the current developm ent of green building m aterials in Shaanxi Pr ovince, and further analysis the green building materials requirements for green building, also suggest the significance of the development of green building materials. This Paper focus on green building m aterials definition, detailedly descript the green building m aterials classification, briefly introduce the developm ent of green building m aterials at hom e and abroad, and also suggest some sustain problems of our developing green building. Combined the current situation of green building evaluation syst em, propose the necessi ty of establishing green building evaluation system.With regard to the difficulties faced by current green building evaluation system, this paper point that Shaanxi Province gr een building evaluation should be based on single factor evaluation a nd life cycle assessm ent on the com bination. Aim ing at evaluation index in evaluation system, propose more specific evaluation system. This system includes two evaluation steps, the fi rst step is the core index evaluation, the second step is a com prehensive index eval uation, the form er were evaluated in a single-factor evaluation m ethod, nam ely vote veto system, the later evaluation used fuzzy comprehensive evaluation law, the material doesn’t meet the requirements of the core indicators do not need to be evalua ted by com prehensive index, nam ely, the evaluation ended. Only it can m eets the re quirements, then it can be evaluated by comprehensive index evaluation. Com prehensive index evaluation using fuzzy comprehensive evaluatio n m ethod, the experts determ ine the weight o f each index overall index in weight, and develop appropriate evaluati on criteria acc ording to the actual development situation of Shaanxi Pr ovince, and obtained green building green rate. Building m aterials should be depart into building constr uction m aterials and building functional m aterials,both depending on the two m aterials emphasis. Finally, take an example of green evaluation application analysis of ready-mixed concrete and exterior insulation m aterial.Example analys is shows that core index evaluation and comprehensive index evaluation is feasible and has strong operabi lity,for relevant departments to formulate the reference evaluation system of green building materials.
