Research On The Construction And Application Of Digital Shantou Geospatial Framework

Geospatial framework is an important part of spatial information infrastructure, isthe foundation of platform development economic and social information. With the rapiddevelopment of social economy, Shantou city informatization construction continues toimprove, the demand of city public management, emergency management, public serviceand leadership decision-making to the spatial information continues to increase, theexisting geography information data has not been able to satisfy the demand of moderncity management, in order to accelerate the informatization construction in Shantou City,it is necessary to carry out the digital Shantou construction and application of geospatialframework research.This paper takes NewMap GIS as the platform, using SOA based on theservice-oriented architecture, combining with the actual situation in Shantou City, where,starting from the meet the application requirements of government departments,enterprises and institutions and the social public user, based on the existing foundation,through "sharing" of the party construction of digital Shantou geospatial framework.Firstly, through the analysis of demand and put forward the development goals, on thebasis of the design of the overall framework of digital Shantou geospatial framework,including the framework logic structure, framework model and the overall technicalarchitecture; secondly the establishment of Shantou fundamental geographic informationdatabase using Geodatabase spatial data model and the Oracle database software,including Geodetic Database, DLG database, digital orthophoto database and digitalelevation model database of four pools; and NewMap GIS series software and serviceoriented architecture of SOA based on the version, running mode, built the Shantougeographical information common platform in E-government extranet and Internet twosets of network; finally, in the two development and application mode of geographicalinformation based on the public platform, combined with the basic geographicinformation database and the corresponding special data. This paper developed the DigitalShantou tourism geographic information public service system, Shantou ’SanJiu’regulatory system, Shantou planning results announcement system, Shantou Marineinformation management system and Shantou digital botanical garden informationmanagement system as a typical application system.The establishment of digital geospatial framework of the Shantou, has been widelyused in the management of government departments and the public, to realize the information sharing between departments of public construction, provides a variety ofdigital, network, virtualization, intelligent application service for users, so that the variousdepartments and the public can enjoy the convenient service, geographic informationapplication efficient, comprehensive, effectively promoted the development of Shantoucity informatization, and raise the city management level.
