Research On The Construction And Application Of Digital Zhongning Geospatial Framework

With the continuous development and application of spatial information technology,the implementation of the digital city project will greatly facilitate the construction of city informatization.In the process of city informatization construction,the data and information sharing is inevitable,the information island caused by huge amounts of data and information not being shared has a significant impact on the process of city informatization.However,digital city construction aims to build bridges for eliminating the information island.Because of further development of social economic transformation and informatization construction,the demands of geographic information from governments,public and enterprises are increasing,and the need of city information management puts forward new requirements for the existing geographic information data,the time has come to research and construct the geospatial framework of digital city.Based on the geospatial framework of digital Zhongning construction project,the mainly research contents and results of this paper are as follows:1 Analysis the research situation of digital city at home and abroad,and research the key technology of digital city construction.2 According to the current situation of the informatization construction in Zhongning county,on the foundation of the existing conditions,the general framework and system of geographic information public platform in Zhongning county has been designed,the detailed design of public platform has been finished and the required support environment of construction has been implemented.3 On the basis of the existing basic geographic information data situation and construction target of digital Zhongning,this paper illustrates the construction content of basic geographic information database of Zhongning county,analyzes and designs the database in detail,and introduces the production process of data collection and organization in each kind of geographic information.4 Research and design the basic functions of the public platform system and elaborate the algorithm and the key codes of public transport transfer.The application system of land planning and utilization has been accomplished by calling the map service of the public platform and combining the thematic data of land planning and utilization.At the same time,the mobile version of the application system has been developed.The construction of digital Zhongning has effectively reduced the repeated investment in geographic information data by various departments of Zhongning county.It could provide basic guarantee for information sharing of all types of user,eliminate the information island to realize the joint construction and sharing of all kinds of information resources,improve the comprehensive utilization rate of government resources,and effectively guarantee the information management ability and work efficiency of Zhongning county government.
