The middle-shallow layers of the Pubei block based on structure traps have been highly explored and the basic structure traps have already been drilled. The oilfield reaches its middle-age time. The exploration work based on fine structure and lithology and stratigraphic traps will be the focus of the future exploration in Pubei block and the proven of how east slope controls the main reservoir in Pubei is also extremely important. This thesis is based on3D seismic data of Pubei region. It has done many jobs such as establish a sequence stratigraphic framework of the target layer and fine seismic structure interpretation and reservoir prediction which help figuring out the fault combination characteristic, structure evolution and trap features of the Qiketai bottom and Sanjianfang formation in Pubei block. Structural features in Pubei block are mainly the monoclinic that uplifted in the southwest and declined in the northeast with slope developing in the east while the squeeze structure effect from north to south is very obvious. It’s a low amplitude structure group based on the north-plunging bedrock nose-shaped uplift with the nose structure from east to west. The anticline is obvious around Pubei101well. The prioritize fault system has an obvious control effect for reservoir. There are8traps are newly discovered with a total area of72.187km2. The down-hole logging response characteristics of the target layers have been analyzed while discovering that the normal acoustic impedance can’t tell the mudstone from the sandstone reservoir. But the SP logs have a much better effect. As to meet the need of reservoir prediction, use the simulated acoustic log reconstruction to study the inversion of the target layers combining seismic attribute, pre-stack AVO attribute and oil-gas detection method to evaluate the target traps. Based on sedimentary facies study, the thesis predicted the distribution of sand-body both horizontal and vertical and confirmed the fault controlling accumulation and potential exploration of favorable traps. According to the structural characteristics, the degree of development and implementation of trap, reservoir prediction, attribute analysis and oil-gas detection results, the thesis cleared out the favorable area for exploration and provided recommendations for exploration wells program which laid the foundation for the further evaluation and developing deployment in Pubei block.
