Study On Incremental Updating Mechanism Of Land Use Planning Database

With the perfect results of land and resources planning database continuously completing, we have already built up database systems for general land use plannings at all levels and all kinds of special planning. Plannings.For the reason that accelerating changes frequently,land use planning database updating has been faced with speed updating, short cycle, large workload,increasing requirements for the staff and equipment and many other problems. Simply update methods that manually editing layers on the GIS software can not satisfy the current planning work demand already, the human-computer interaction way is more scientific and reasonable. In this paper, through deeply analyzing on principle of spatial-temporal data model and the rules of incremental information extraction based on linkage, this paper proposes a Increment Updating Mechanism of Land Use Planning Database which can process before-updating planning information data and land use changing information data to get the updated planning data in ways such as geometrical packing, target matching, information extraction operation and so on. Increment updating mechanism of land use planning database basically settled the problem of the land use planning spatial database updating,and got a more processing updated planning database, ensured that the overall planning database can be updated timely and effectively, Hope to provide a reference for all modification works of general land use planning in China.Specific research contents are as follows:(1) On the basis of updating mode and characteristics of spatial database, the paper elucidated the overall strategy of increment updating mechanism of land use planning database comprehensively through analyzing data modeling of incremental updating, database caching scheme, incremental recognition, incremental fusion and attribute data updating model and so on.(2) Through the in-depth study of the basic elements of land use planning database, layering, internal data structure and space-time characteristics of planning data, choose the Dynamic Multilevel Base State with Amendments as the the main way of temporal data organization in database updating mechanism.(3) By analyzing the topological relationship between layers in planning database,the paper built simple topological linkage rules and properties logical linkage rules based on topology in land use planning data changes, provided special spatial rules for incremental updating space calculation(4) On the basis of analyzing incremental data information and the principle of incremental database, processed before-updating planning information data and land use changing information data to get the updated planning data in ways such as geometrical packing, target matching and information extraction operation. targeted matching, information extraction and other major operating get updated planning data, realized land use planning data incremental information extraction based on different matching scheme and changed characteristics.(5) Incremental updating mechanism was to be implemented Through an measurement, and use planning database quality inspection software to test the result data.
