Land use data updating is an important function of the land management system. Based on the second national land survey relevant criterions and standards, this dissertation researches into linkage change inference rules in the spatio-temporal data updating process, designs land use database updating procedure based on linkage rules, and discusses land use point, line, area layer incremental information extraction process with target matching method, proposes land use database incremental information full extraction process based on linkage rules, and analyzes attribute logical consistency maintenance methods by extending the different types of change actions of area and line layers, maintains the land use incremental information attribute logical consistency, and finally designs and completes a county-level land use management system with updating function. The main research contents are as follows:1. Define and describe the change action, compare the difference between change action and geographical entities change types, and establish links among geographical entities, change action and data manipulation language, propose linkage change types and inference rules in spatiao-temporal data updating process with combining change action, attribute relation, topological relation, use dimension extended 9 intersection model to describe the topology, explain the linkage change types of land use data, and in final design the land use updating procedure based on linkage rules.2. Introduce the land use incremental database basic concepts and common target matching methods, analyze single land use data layer incremental information extraction process based on different matching index and geometry type, and propose a solution to extract the land use database incremental information based on linkage rules.3. Analyze the reason and propose basic adjustment method of attribute logical inconsistency of single area and line land use layer, design different adjustment methods to maintain the attribute logical consistency of single area and line layer by extending the change actions, discuss the reason and solution of attribute logical inconsistency of area-lines multi layers, and propose the land use incremental database full adjustment procedure.4. Based on the above researches, a county-level land use management system with updating function is completed, and it passes the third-party inspection software testing and the second national land survey office evaluation.This research shows:the linkage rules description in this dissertation very well simplify and infer the linger change types in spatio-temporal process, the designed land use updating procedure completes the linkage updating of geographical entities, reduces the human errors in data updating process, maintains the topological consistency and data integrity; the proposed land use incremental information extraction solution implements the county-level land use incremental database generation, the designed different adjustment methods maintain the attribute logical consistency of incremental information, and the incremental database comply with relevant standards, the feasibility and effectiveness of the content in this research is verified; the county-level land use management system with updating function passes the government test. This dissertation provides a viable new method to update spatio-temporal database and control the spatial data quality.
