In the process of exploiting low-permeability reservoir, the interformational heterogeneity controls the differences of structures of water injection and oil production vertically,the intraformational heterogeneity controls the direction of water injection and the effective area. Currently, for EOR in this kind of reservoirs, we focus on subdividing of layer series and adjusting sub-grade of water injection, and use the methods of subdivision water injection to reduce the interformational interference and improve the oil output,exploit relatively lower-permeability reservoirs. On the basis of using the reservoir description to delicate correlation on reservoir with strata and single sand body, re-implement the spatial distribution of interlayers in structural sand groups, delicate describe sedimentary microfacies of single sand and reservoir heterogeneity, through the establishment of 3D geological model, and further understanding 3D geological characteristics and flow characteristics of the reservoir, combining with the dynamic analysis and numerical reservoir simulation technology, characterize the reservoir in dynamic and static aspect. On this basis, verifying and analyzing water taking of single sand layer and oil yield.clearing the reasons and controling factors and distribution for residual oil on methods of reservoir engineering, find out measures to improve the efficiency of water taking and water flooding.In this paper, illustrated by Wei 2 fault block reservoir in Jiangsu Oilfield, on the basis of the geological studies, combining with oil field production dynamics, evaluate the expoiting effect by dynamic analysis on conventional reservoir engineering. Analyze the main yielding reservoir layers and the non-main ones, define the distribution and reserves of residual oil. Utilizing the technology of modern 3D geological modeling, combining with the geological re-understanding, carrying out the modelings of fault and geologic structure, stochastic simulating sedimentary microfacies, established three-dimensional geological model of Wei 2 fault block, deeped the understanding of geology. After the coarsening of the geological model, establish the reservoir simulation model and studied the history matching, comprehended the analysis of reservoir engineering, obtained the more accurate residual oil distribution of the small layers. The result of theoretical research fully integrated with Wei 2 block reservoir adjustment,separate flooding in injection wells, reasonable allocation injection, plugging, fracturing and other measures in oil well. design the adjustment plan of Wei 2,finally, improve the effect of water flooding in vertically and laterally, and optimizated the corresponded implement plan. From the prediction of the program’s numerical simulation, it must improve the effect of water flooding and enhance oil recovery, with strong guidance and reference.
