Lower plant dust concentration and inhibition of open-air market heap dust should be control in Each iron and steel enterprises. How to effectively suppress dust and reduce costs, needs constant practice and exploration.In this paper, based on the Baosteel raw material plant material field, the watering dust, spraying dust suppression agent and windbreak dust suppression technology are researched, reduce dust concentration stockyard with improvement of existing technologies and optimization of the related technical parameters. Numerical simulation verifies the characteristic of flow field around in different height of windbreak net. The main conclusions are drawn as follows:(1)Length600m of the yard, the optimal parameter settings for the watering pipeline pressure:pipeline pressure0.6Mpa, sprinkler12, nozzle diameter18mm.(2)Instead of manual watering, the central control system of operation sprinkler can improve the dust suppression rate20%.(3)Dust suppression agent forms film on the surface, which adhesive property is excellent, increase the silt particle size, keep the dust on the surface of moisture effectively.(4) Dust suppression agent ratio and spraying facilities can improve the material curing effect, improve the dust suppression efficiency.(5)The Windproof net with Butterfly, the opening rate of20%-50%or a guiding function is Efficiency.(6)Set the windproof net Reasonable, which can reduce the atmospheric dust content of30%-50%.From numerical simulation,1H windbreak dust suppression effect is best.
