Study On Dust Suppression Measures Of Different Dust Source Materials In Wuhai City Mining Area

In recent decades,China's economy has been in a period of medium and high speed development,Energy demand is still increasing,but the energy development process will inevitably have a negative impact on the atmospheric environment.Coal as China's first energy source,the fugitive emissions of particulate matter during mining,storage,transportation,processing,etc.will cause atmospheric pollution,bring certain hidden dangers to the health and safety of enterprises and residents in surrounding areas,but also cause waste of coal resources.The main sources of fugitive emissions during coal development and utilization in Wuhai City mining area are coal dust,fly ash yard dust,transportation road dust,dumping site dust.This article carried out dust suppression research for the above four main dust sources,with a view to effectively improving the atmospheric environmental quality of Wuhai City and surrounding areas.This article applied the wind tunnel test,layout the dust source model.Measure the starting wind speed,dust amount,and TSP of coal dust in coal yard and the fly ash storage yard after using dust suppressant and dust suppression net.Measure dust amount,TSP,and water content of dust on transportation roads after using dust suppressant and water spray.Measure the starting wind speed,dust amount,and TSP of dust emission from the dump site after using dust suppressant and dust cover.Finally,the best dust suppression measures for the four dust sources are determined according to the dust suppression effects reflected by the measurement indicators.And adopt the best dust suppression measures at the mining site,through field tests,verify its dust suppression effect.Research indicates,(1)The best effect on coal dust suppression is the hard double-peak dust suppression net.The best effect on fly ash dust suppression is MR3% dust suppressant.The best effect on transportation road dust suppression is YN8% dust suppressant.The best effect on dumping site dust suppression is straw curtain.(2)After applying the best measures to the site,the dust suppression efficiency of the hard double-peak dust suppression net on the coal dust is more than 45% in 30 consecutive days of observation.The dust suppression time of MR3% dust suppressant on the dust of fly ash yard can last at least 15 days.Due to the vehicle is rolling over the road,the dust suppression time of YN8%dust suppressant for transportation road dust is about 7 days.The dust suppression time of the straw curtain on dumping site dust can last at least 30 days.
