Leaf brand, the ancients also called leaves play, for now the predecessor of CARDS,mahjong. This ancient shape cultural heritage has a unique artistic and cultural charm, the riseand fall several times change, although part region still has spread in our country, but it is waning.Leaves play as early as in tang dynasty, the song dynasty inherited some cannot be found, afterthe Renaissance in yuan and Ming, failure in the late Qing dynasty. Leaves play not only learnfrom the folk of leaf shape can be used to play with, and is the essence of art and culture in theintegration of painting, but also study the rare precious data of social and cultural life in the pastdynasties, represents the changing in every dynasty folk aesthetic culture.Leaves play after one thousand years, a preacher but still stored, it’s difficult to see thepresent, more difficult to pursue its roots. This paper takes the water card as the research object,the existing water margins hometown Yuncheng Xian ancient cultural heritage of "water marginleaves" a full reading, with Ming dynasty Chen hongshou "water margin leaves" as thebreakthrough point in this paper, the historical background, economic impact, circulating leavesplay cultural origin and art characteristic connotation, and further analysis of Chen hongshou"water margin leaves" was painted with ltd.was water margin CARDS in the aesthetic, artisticfeatures and characters woodcut engraving printing production of; Through to the water margincard production characteristics, artistic features, cultural content and historical influence factorssuch as comprehensive, integrated analysis, hoping to take this can cause the art world, academic,and folk art culture protection organization in the Chinese traditional culture heritage, pay moreattention and protection for the water card better inheritance and development in the future.First is the introduction, this paper discusses the academic value of this article selected topic,the selected topic origin, research status and innovation point in this paper. The rise of the firstchapter, first of all, the leaf card and its origin, artistic connotation has carried on the back. Thendiscusses the Ming and Qing dynasty leaves card related economic boom, social background,culture, art, and then explores the leaf card status and related problems, and the local factionsleaves brand heritage and development has made the summary. The second chapter to the Mingdynasty Chen hongshou "water margin leaves" as the breakthrough point analysis Chenhongshou carried by the "water margin leaves" culture capacity and its push for folk woodengraving art, deeply analyze the impact of his works for the traditional figure painting.
