| In recent decades, terrorist attacks or personal injury by various explosive way has occurred in many countries, many innocent civilians have suffered from such events. Based on the needs of realistic, we urgently need to develop a detection instrument which has high sensitivity and high detection efficiency, this instrument can make detection to prevent potentially dangerous explosion of explosive detection in wide areas.In the design of the whole instrument system, we put the detecting system into the body of the car to do the detecting work. we use the fluorescent sensing film as the sensing component of the core, respectively do the design work from two aspects of hardware circuit and software in detail, we have done the demonstration and implementation exactly. Finally we completed the design of the vehicle-mounted explosive detection system and the practical function. In the process of the instrument’s design and realization, we have done some important work:Firstly, we reform the internal structure of the car, which has the function of detecting the exploration. In the transformation of the body, we mainly involved the lifting system to carry the detecting unit, so that we can control the detecting unit moves up and down with the lifting system. We can get great flexibility to the exploration activities beacauce of the involvtion of this transformation of detection unit, the distance between the sample and the detection unit can be controlled by the adjunction of this structure.This is not only conducive to the sampling of the sample, but also can greatly improve the detection sensitivity of the instrument.Sencondly, we have design and implement the hardware circuit system of the vehicle-mounted explosion system. Mainly includes:the fluorescent film sensor unit, the signal and information processing unit, main-controlled unit and the communication unit. Among them, the fluorescent film sensor unit is responsible for completing the photoelectric signal conversion; The signal and information processing unit is responsible for completing the primary processing of analog signal and the processing of digital data information; The main control unit is responsible for completing the work of control to the peripheral circuit unit; The multi machine communication unit is responsible for the data communication of the whole instrument system. Through scientific layout and orderly convergence for the hardware circuit unit, the hardware circuit of the system can be reliable and efficient.Finally, we have designed the software program to control the hardware resources. The software system is divided into the slave system and host computer system. The slave system mainly includes:detecting system program, data processing program, multi machine communication and control program. Among them,the detection software is responsible for the control of the detection;The data processing program is responsible for the filtering operation for data information; The multi-level communication and control program is responsible for data communication between each module and doing the related control function. The computer system provides a good human-computer interaction interface, also it can do a twice processing of the data at the same time. In general, software program and hardware circuit are matched with each other, then the detection system can work properly and orderly.In the actual environment, we have done repeated testing and verification, the detection sensitivity of vehicular explosive detection system is very high, and the detecting work has a fast response speed. The system can make a real-time detection, and the expression is rapid, effective and reliable. |
