Along with the rising of the hydraulic support large flow safety valve performance indicators, the device of the performance test has gradually become a hot topic in the field of fully mechanized coal mining technology. While the domestic research is not mature, resulting in matching test device detection system development is slow, thereby affecting the safety valve of the technical performance parameters, hindering the development and manufacture of mine safety valve.In this paper, a set of signal detection system is designed based on the explosive loading device to obtain the dynamic and static performance information of the safety valve under the impact load and deal with it, which provides a reliable reference for further improving the structural parameters of the safety valve.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1) According to the performance index of the large flow safety valve, the content of the dynamic and static test item of the safety valve is established, and the test system of the large flow safety valve based on the principle of explosion loading isconstructed, and analyze explosive loading system and signal detection system.2) According to the analysis of the test contents and the software platformof the demand, put forward the development of signal acquisition software LabVIEW platform architecture, the platform has realised signal acquisition,signal processing, history query and other functions.3) In order to process signal of test results targetly, based on the FFT instantaneous, apply the instantaneous and full scale to analyze the signal in the time domain based on FFT. Combined with low-pass filter to process the highfrequency noise signal based on Fourier method and applies discrete wavelet transform to process low-frequency signal mixed with noisy. On the basis of signal filtering, this paper use the data mining algorithms to optimize the pressure signal, to solve question of the data circuitous repeated when the data is high-speed collected, and compensate error of pressure sensor with the BP neural network algorithm.Finally, the feasibility of the software platform and the accuracy of test results processing method based on the signal detection system are verified by the security testing of the test system.
