| With the progress of Chinese society and the development of industrial technology,great achievements have been made in economic construction,but at present,the energy consumed by people in production and life is still mainly fossil energy.In coal mining and transportation,in order to prevent workers from being exposed to harmful gas environment for a long time,and then cause damage to the body,it is necessary to carry out effective real-time monitoring of harmful gas,so the research of gas detection technology has been widely concerned by all walks of life.How to monitor harmful gases in real time,efficient and high precision has become the focus of attention in the industry.In order to solve the above problems,this project designs a gas monitoring system that can simultaneously detect the concentration parameters of methane,carbon monoxide,carbon dioxide and oxygen,which can display the gas concentration value in real time,and send the alarm signal to the user based on the preset alarm threshold,and transmit the concentration information to the upper machine to display and store.The paper mainly introduces the design method of the system,including the significance and background of the topic,the research status at home and abroad,the design of the overall scheme,the selection of sensors,the design of the hardware circuit and the design of the system software.From the hardware structure design and software system design,the overall design of the whole multi-gas monitoring system is realized.In terms of hardware,STM32F103 was selected as the main control chip,and through the construction of the minimum system,signal acquisition,signal processing,system power supply,human-computer interaction and other modules,the overall scheme of the monitoring system was finally realized.It mainly designs the power supply circuit,clock circuit,reset circuit,signal acquisition circuit,OLED display circuit,alarm circuit,button circuit,etc.,in order to minimize the power consumption of the whole system,but also to increase the service life of the detector,some low-power components are usually used.On the software,on the basis of the embedded system,the overall program structure of the system is designed,and the working mode of the system describes the monitoring system and the flow diagram of the detector,including the data acquisition and processing process,OLED display process,key process,alarm process,etc.,and then some filtering methods are given to enhance the reliability and stability of the monitoring system,and the adaptability to the environment.The Labview development platform is used to develop the upper computer system,which realizes the functions of real-time view of the concentration numerical data,data preservation,and historical data retrieval.Finally,the whole system prototype is tested and tested.Firstly,the hardware and software debugging of the device;then the error experiment,repeatability experiment,stability experiment and response time experiment are conducted for the monitoring device prototype,and the relevant experimental data of error and response time are given.The experiments show that the system has good performance,stable operation,achieves the expected goal,and can obtain better environmental data,with strong feasibility. |
