With the implementation of the western development, Development of the northwest area has been the concern focus, the Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone is the third major economic development zone which was put forward in the eleven five planning western development.Since the development of more than ten years, great changes have taken place in Guanzhong Tianshui Economic Zone, in the rapid economic development and at the same time, the natural conditions are also undergoing major changes, because of the change of natural factors and human factors,the ecological services value of Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone have been also happened large changes. Based on the ecological services value in Guanzhong-Tianshui economic zone, this study mainly analyses the relationship among them,and analyses the driving mechanism of the changes from the two aspects of natural factors and human factors, then to provide scientific evidence for formulating the policies of ecological protection in Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone.The research content mainly includes:(1)We must evaluate the ecological services functions in Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone, including ecosystem service function of regulation (NPP, Carbon fixation and oxygen releasing, Water conservation, Water and soil conservation) and ecosystem service function of supplying(Grain production).(2)Reserching the spatial changes of the ecological services value and analyzing relationship between the ecological service value and the differences between the distribution of the ecological service value from2000to2010.(3)The natural and human driving force for the spatial and temporal changes of ecological service value.The results show that:(1) From the perspective of time, The ecological service value increases gradually from2000to2010;(2)From the perspective of space, there are similar spatial distribution patterns in2000and2010, from the south to the north, NPP and Carbon fixation and oxygen releasing are gradually, the changes in the value of soil and water conservation also appear a increasing trend, a small amount in North, a large amount in South. The amount value of water distribution value increases from west to east, the value increased from north to South, Grain production value is the smallest in Xi’an, Xi’an suburbs and counties and Xianyang are the largest. (2) The relationship between the ecological service value is mainly realized through volution and ecological service value index. From2000to2010, there is a volution between ecosystem service function of regulation and ecosystem service function of supplying, the total ecosystem service value index of each area is increasing from north to south, from west to East, through the spatial interaction model in the ecological service value of Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone, we can get the result: there is a volution between ecosystem service function of regulation and ecosystem service function of supplying.(3) The natural driving force analysis results include the following aspects:1.Climatic factors and the value of ecosystem services has a certain relationship, particularly the more significant correlation between grain production value and the value of water conservation and precipitation, the highest correlation coefficient, the positive correlation, there was significant correlation between NPP and carbon fixation and oxygen releasing and average air temperature and precipitation, and its showed a negative correlation;2.The higher the elevation, the larger the slope, the smaller the ecosystem service function of supplying, regulating ecosystem services value increased first and then decreased, Influence of slope direction on the ecosystem services value is not great, but it also can be seen, the eastern value is large;3.In the regulation of ecological service function value, the proportion of the value of the Loess Plateau and the Qinling Mountains Zhongshan area is larger, on the supply of ecosystem services value, the value of the proportion is larger in basin plain;4.Ecological service value and water displayed a significant correlation, Water conservation, carbon fixation and oxygen releasing and NPP showed a positive correlation with the water distance, Water and soil conservation and Grain production showed a negative correlation, Water factor is the main factor of the spatial changes of ecosystem service value.(4) The human driving force analysis results include the following aspects:from2000to2010, human activity intensity of Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone has reduced a little degree, in space, the pattern of the intensity of human activities about economic zone is significant, the largest human activity intensity are in Xi’an and Xianyang, from the correlation analysis, changes in human activities especially farmland to reduce the ratio is the main humanistic driving factors to the value increasing of water conservation and soil and water conservation. The main innovation of the research are:(1)Using ESCI and ecological service value index, this study analyse the spatial and temperal changes of ecological services value;(2)Analysing the relationship among the ecological services value;(3)Making the human factors quantitative.
