Study On The Coupling Development Between Industry And Eco-environment In Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone

In June2009,"Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone Development Plan" formally issued, marking the birth of Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone. According to the plan, economic zone deepen the reform. Economic and industry take the lead in development in the western region. With the eco-environment having more and more problems, sustainable development between industry and the eco-environment has become the key problem and sensitive topic in economic zone.Based on the related literature, the research object is the coupling of industry and eco-environment.Firstly the artic illustrates the concept of coupling and coupling degree, combines the coupling development theory about industry and eco-environment,sums up the "U" type and the coupling relationship between industry and eco-environment. Then based on analysis of Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone industrial development level and quality of the eco-environment, designed industry evaluation index system and the evaluation index system of ecological environment, used the coupling degree and coupling coordination degree model, the artic did the empirical analysis of Guanzhong-Tianshui industry and eco-environment coupling development. Finally, put forward the Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone industry and eco-environment coupling development pattern and development way.The conclusions are as following:firstly, industrial and eco-environment have interactive coupling relationship, and they fit the law of the coupling development of U type; secondly, the industry development level of the cities in Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone is higher, but the development is not balanced, the adjustment of industrial structure progress is not consistent, and the whole industrial structure is still "two three one" structure; thirdly, eco-environment in the economic zone in general to a good level; fourthly, industry and eco-environment coupling type is mixed in2012, the coupling development is in the "U" rule of the right half of the rising phase.
