In the process of oilfield exploiting,salting-out and scaling are serious problems,which would have an influence on the yield and transferring speeds,which would lead to a heavy economic losses.This paper studies a Polymerization processes,which synthesizes polyaspartic acid(PASP) by maleic anhydride and ammonia as raw materials by the means of pyrocondensation polymerization.the chosen amine compounds and surfactant are used to conduct experiment, which could get reagent with better effect. the optimum ratio would be achieved by adjusting the ratio. the synthesized PASP would be mixed with the reagent to evaluate the performance to reach the effect of scale inhibition salt inhibiton and corrosion inhibition.The optimal reaction condition were determined through single-factor experiments orthogonal experiments as follows:the molar ratio of maleic anhydride and ammonia hydroxide was1:1.2,the temperature was180℃,reaction time was2h. in hydrolytic process NaOH would be used45mL(2mol/L),the temperature is30℃in one hour. Through IR,it was determined that the product was PASP.The scale inhibition rate for CaCO3could reach93.5%when adding11mg/L,further more the product have temperature and alkali resistance.The chosen surfactant and amine compounds will be tested solubilization rate.the crystal shape would be observed. The ones with best effect were PAM, SDBS and Tetraethylenepentamine. PAM would be chosen as host agent, which would be mixed with SDBS and Tetraethylenepentamine with different dosages.The optimal quality ratio with best effect is3:3:1.The salt inhibitors was called R1and have a performance evaluation.PASP would be compounded with R1as a system. The system would have a performance evaluation. it is found that when the dosage ratio is1:40, the system has the best salt antiscale and scale inhibiton. when the dosage was400mg/L, the scale inhibition rate for CaCO3could reach95.6%,solubilization rate could reach8.51%,inhibition rater could reach70.2%and it shows ideal results in oilfield simulation water.
