As a novel environmental friendly water treatment reagent, polyaspartic acid(PASP) exhibits excellent scale, corrosion inhibition performance and biodegradability. Current trends in reagents development is a more effective agent or synergies, and the green water treatment as pharmaceutical, PASP should be strengthened through appropriate modified its corrosion inhibition performance to achieve a better effect, thereby reducing other inhibitor inputs, especially the widespread use of Nitrogenous, phosphorus category inhibitor, to reduce emissions of water caused the water level of nutrient over-enrichment. So in this work, we take the predecessor bodies polysuccinimides (PSI) to be modified, to improve the corrosion inhibition performance.Choose four organic amine (ethanolamine, triethanolamine, ethylene diamine and acetamide) as a part of medium to corrosion inhibition to judge performance based on the legitimate use of meltdown brought to the central posted a modified pilot study. The results show: ethanolamine of four organic amine after corrosion inhibition test has best results. When PSI is 3g, with the usage of ethanolamine 1.8ml and reaction temperature at 25℃, the response time for 60min, and the distribution of the available speed 2400rpm satisfactory modified PASP is produced. IR show evidence of synthetic polymers is modified PASP (MPASP).Study on influence of external conditions under research shows that when MPASP concentrations is less than 15mg/L, the corrosion inhibition rate is low, when concentration increases, corrosion inhibition gradually increased, 30mg/L later, the changes of corrosion inhibition is very gently. With the rise of temperature, the corrosion inhibition of MPASP has been gradually reduced, rate of erosion has increased. At lower pH, with poor corrosion inhibition effect, means that in acid environment of relatively large impact to carbon steel corrosion. With Ca2+ concentrations less than 800mg/L, the higher concentration of Ca2+, the lower the rate of erosion. When continues to increase Ca2+ concentration, the impact of corrosion inhibition goes to steady, which prove a certain concentration of Ca2+ can increase the efficiency of proper Ca2+ scope.
