Study On Land Reclamation And Ecological Reconstruction Strategy In Mining Area Of ​​Shanxi Province

The main coal-producing region in the country to show the form of land destroyed many kinds of area wide distribution, degree of damage to large, and to the people’s lives and property and facilities resulting in the loss of important features huge, seriously affecting the local industrial and agricultural production and economic development, affecting the normal life of residents.China’s coal production in Shanxi Province is an important base, abundant coal resources in Shanxi Province, the industrial structure of the decision that is based on coal mining and coal-based energy industry as a rough pillar industries, but also determines the Shanxi Province in National economic development in an important position. However, the coal mining industry also developed land resources in Shanxi Province suffered great damage. Due to coal mining causes land digging, cave, accounting for phenomena such as pressure growing, land destruction area increased year by year, the degree of deterioration of the ecological environment has been increasing. However, due to destruction and reclamation of land reclamation rate lower standard, coupled with the land reclamation laws, regulations and policies is still not perfect, the whole society lack of effective management and supervision of land reclamation, exacerbating the Shanxi people the contradiction between the increasingly prominent, greatly influenced the sustainable economic development of Shanxi.In this paper the case of coal mining in Shanxi Province, coal mining area of the land destruction and mine land reclamation work history, current situation, the legal system of the land reclamation and foreign experiences, lessons learned were analyzed contrast.
