| Comprehensive Logging Instrument is playing a very important role in oil&gas Exploring and Drilling. But its training mode could not meet the requirement of Modern Oil Companies. Based this situation and the research status, this essay will propose a new way of design:Design the signal generator on the lower computer by stimulating the scene sensor system and the gas analysis system. Design the Virtual Instrument Software on the upper computer by stimulating the instrument interface of the scene sensor system and the gas analysis system.Based on the analysis of Comprehensive Logging Instrument, this essay focuses on the signal acquisition research of the sensor system and the gas analysis system, proposes the structure diagram of Simulation Training Platform for the Comprehensive Logging Instrument, and starts the designing of the prototype machine.The designing concept of the Simulation Training Platform is:a new employee operates on the virtual instrument, responding to it, the signal generating system makes a signal by stimulating the signal prototype, and then completes the stimulation training.In this design, we choose LabVIEW for the upper computer to develop the Virtual Instrument, choose ARM processor for the lower computer to build the system, and connect the upper computer and the lower computer by USB.We carried out the USB firmware design and signal generation design on the lower computer, and completed the communication design and the operation panel design on the upper computer.Finally, we finished the system debugging of the Comprehensive logging instrument Simulation Training Platform, analyzed the test data, and got a good result as we expected. Through the operation, we got familiar with the signal acquisition principles and characteristics of the Comprehensive Logging Instrument, proved that it could meet the requirements of comprehensive logging training in the new situation and could be applied into practice. We achieved our original designing purpose. |
