With the development of offshore oil platform, the safety performance of the accoMPanying tools becomes more and more important. So far, crane equipment designing and loading text method on land is quite perfect, but it is more complex that design a crane equipment and text the loading of crane equipment offshore, beause offshore environment is very complex. This paper established a model that can exam the defects of an offshore crane and estimate remaining life of an offshore, by using ansys simulation theory, probabilistic fracture mechanics and fatigue theory. Taking the10t crane on JZ20-2platform for example, this paper analyzed the load vulnerabilities and estimated the remaining life by using the model established in this paper.The theory and method established in this paper can examing the crane stress more accurately, and got a more practical analysis result by using a variety of ways and text. This kind of model has great practical significance, which can provide the basis of force analysis and remaining life estimating. Besides, it can help the using and designing the crane effectively. |
