Therefore, rectification technology with the new structure will be directly related to the quality of the product, production efficiency and of high and low energy consumption, the improvement of the existing distillation technology will greatly promote the development of construction industry and significantly improve the economic benefit, which is carrying out super gravity distillation technology is one of the door has a prospective separation technology.Currently supergravity technology has its unique advantages are trying to used in petroleum chemical industry, biological industry, pharmaceutical industry and other fields, such as oil field water injection deoxidization, desulphurization and dust removal, distillation and absorption of superfine powder preparation, etc.Separation engineering is an important pillar of chemical process industry, and distillation technology is one of the more important a separation engineering technology, supergravity technology as a kind of new has a larger advantage compared with traditional technology. More and more attention by researchers.Based on the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method, ANSYS provided-CFX software, of a kind of both can decrease the size of the structure, increase capacity, simplify the process, improve the separation efficiency, reduce operating costs of RPB and the internal flow field numerical simulation calculation and structure design.(1) In collecting and analyzing the design and calculation of RPB, on the basis of the analysis, the use of such information, refer to the related design theory and method of RPB, through theoretical analysis, research, preliminary determine the working principle of RPB and sealing process.(2) To complete the structure design of RPB. According to the working principle of the identified RPB, structural design and determine the size of the parts.
