Centrifugal compressor system as "The heart" of gas transmission station, the safe and reliable operation is the basis to complete normal gas activities.However, because of the maintenance item and maintenance frequency of the traditional maintenance of centrifugal compressor system are built on the experience, lead to some problems, such as the way of maintenance is incorrect, and with the high cost of maintenance, but the availability is low.The reliability centered maintenance (RCM) can provide the effective method to develop equipments maintenance plan, meanwhile, improve the reliability of the equipments and reduce maintenance cost.At present, RCM has been applied in many gas transmission station of our country, but for some factors, its practical effect is not good, which reflects in basic information collection is not comprehensive and maintenance decision-making usually based on qualitative analysis.For this paper takes a gas transmission station for example, studies from the following aspects:(1) Adopted the hierarchy analysis and Monte Carlo simulation to establish the equipments of centrifugal compressor system important degree level evaluation model.Meanwhile, through Monte Carlo simulation enhance the robustness of the model. Combined experts’experience and quantitative calculation instead of the traditional logic diagram method of the decision to confirm the various subsystems important degree level, and help the gas transmission station filter out the important equipments need to be RCM analysed.(2) Introduced the implementation process of RCM for the important equipments of centrifugal compressor system, and combine FMEA and risk assessment, the results is helpful for screening out the important equipments of failure mode corresponding that might lead to high and middle risk, and the determination of maintenance mode is achieved.(3) It is the premise of developing the preventive maintenance strategy to be familiar with life distribution of the important equipments. As lubricating oil pump for example, so first processed censored data of lubricating oil pump, and estimated reliability, then use K-S method to select the optimal distribution model, and use three different estimation method to estimate model parameters, took the best estimate to predict reliability index.(4) Based on the analysis of the fault of the important equipments in the preventive maintenance cycle, this paper establishes the availability model and the average cost model of the first n cycle of preventive minor repairs and a preventive overhaul of the cycle. The model can be evolved into practical applications in engineering by adjusting the parameters, then take the availability as the constraint condition and minimum maintenance cost as the objective for calculating preventive maintenance cycle of lubricating oil pump, the accuracy and economy of the model is verified by examples comparison.(5) Aim at the lack of date support that during the model establishing process of current preventive maintenance decision, this paper establishes the equipment maintenance management information system, the user can input and collect equipment fault information, maintenance information and cost information and other basic information by convenient,and provide favorable basis for maintenance decision-making.
