Lanzhou Petrochemical Company is the third set of atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit by the China Petrochemical Corporation,Beijing Design Institute,as fuel-oil type oil distillation unit,the main processing Changqing,Qinghai,Tuha mixed with crude oil(mixing ratio of 3:2:1),the production capacity of 500 tons/year.Device broke ground in July 2002,put into operation in August 2003,the main technical indicators have reached the design requirements.June 2006 device was processed naphtha local transformation,in July 2006 to start normal production.This topic describes China PetroChina Lanzhou Petrochemical Company 5,000,000 tons/year crude distillation unit for screening RCM analysis process,including:screening systems division,using the screening method,screening analysis acceptance criteria and the screening results,etc.After screening discussion,four system has two high-risk systems and two medium-risk systems,ie,50%belong to the high-risk systems,50%of the risk-based system because of the continuity of operation of all systems,effects on plant production compared large,so the device does not have low-risk systems.Further to do high-risk devices in the system screening analysis,a total of 268 devices,the analysis results for high-risk equipment accounted for 18.7%,total 50 devices,the risk of equipment accounted for 66.0%,total 177 sets of equipment,low-risk equipment accounted for 15.3%,total 41 devices.The above high-risk devices will further failures/failure mode and effects analysis to identify high-risk function failure failure/fault mode,and then work out the optimal maintenance policy.
