In this paper, the evaporative air cooling system optimization design software hascarried on the comprehensive design and development. The software is compiled by usingVisual c++language, including the design of heat-extransferring coil, design calculationof circulating water pump and the fan. Thus it forms a complete set of software as thetheme of the study of the surface evaporative air cooler, which can be applied to the designand accounting of heat-extransferring coil, selection of the pump, and fan. The calculationof heat-extransferring coil includes various theoretical and fitting heat-extransferring model.The establishment of the physical property and equipment database makes software ofevaporative air cooling system more perfect, more extensive application fields so that it haswider application fields, which will bring designers great convenience, save more time forthem. Later a lot of work of system multi-objective function optimization design have beendone. This paper mainly content as follows:(1) Work out theoretical analysis of heat and mass transfer principle of the evaporativeair cooling system, and determine the number of different analysis methods of heatand mass transfer process.(2) Have compiled a set of design calculation software of evaporative air cooler, basedon calculation principle of the evaporative air cooling system design and by usingVisual c++language, and detailed introduce the design principle and compilationprocess of software.(3) Established a relatively complete physical property, pump and fan modelparameter database, better enriching and perfecting the software so that it can bewidely applied.(4) Put forward a multi-objective function optimization design model, and carry on adiscussion of the result of the optimization design.
