Now, in the situation of short energy and soaring price, to enhance heat transferefficiency and ensure energy conservation and environmental protection furthest havegradually been concerned. Evaporative cooling is a kind heat transfer process of phasetransition, usually higher efficiency prefer to it with no phase transition, because of thesurface evaporation condensers’ so many advantages such as water saving, electricitysaving, compact structure, money saving and environmental, and other advantages, it iswidely applied in refrigeration, the petroleum chemical industry, energy and other areas.Surface evaporation air condenser system is extremely complex, so there are manyfactors that influence the heat and mass transfer effects, the theoretical and experimentalresearch needs to be thorough, which affected the application in petroleum and chemicalindustry. This paper has make an improvement on the small experiment systemdevelopment process of evaporative cooling, also make the analysis and calculation ofmain technological process, at last, developed circulation water pump (CWP)optimization design module with visual c++software. This paper mainly content asfollows:(1) Make sure the technological process and process’s automatic control schemeof small evaporation cooling air experiment system.(2) Work out the theoretical analysis of the freon’s vaporization process, and alsothe material and heat balance calculations, and the heat transfer’s rate computation,determined freon carburetor structure of the heat transfer area.(3) Make the energy loss and mechanical energy balance calculations of theprocess of liquid transportation, have ensure a theory basis of the of the normal operationsystem.(4) Overfit the efficiency and flow curve equation of the different pump, and headand flow curve equation through the Excel. Establish a preliminary curve equation libraryof different pump characteristic.(5) Develop CWP optimization design module based on the Visual C++software.Do some resistance losses calculation and energy balance calculation, make a determinationof the pipeline characteristics curve equation, screen out pumps which are match our need,draw pipeline characteristic curve and the characteristic curve and pump efficiency curve. And these functions have realized the circulating water pump’s computer optimal designand selection.
