In2013, Hubei Province has been listed as a national coordination of rural wastemanagement pilot provinces by the Ministry of Housing. Then it issued a series of policiesto accelerate life waste treatment facilities, such as operate income improvedtransportation system, propose to accelerate inventory management, promote theimplementation of waste classification and improve the regulatory system goals.To realize rural life waste reduction, recycling, harmless, protect the environment,promote the construction of ecological civilization, it is demand that strengthen urban andrural development, improve the rural environment and reinforce rural waste pollution.Until the year of2015, the province’s rural life waste treatment rate reached more than50%, of which Wuhan city circle, the Three Gorges reservoir area, rural life wastetreatment rate Danjiangkou Reservoir to reach more than75%.Through several field researches, telephone interviews, questionnaires, literature andother methods, application. During the process, it bases on a large of relevant data fortowns and villages in Hubei province status quo waste disposal, and adopts horizontal andvertical comparative analysis methods. Author proposes a variety of landscapes of rurallife waste collection and removal mode in Hubei Province, validate and evaluate throughAHP. It comes to the following conclusions:(1)Because of rural village waste disposal facing the following problems such asinadequate infrastructure, low coverage of the town waste harmless treatment, shortfall ofsanitation funding, collection, poor transportation and processing system and other factors,we must establish a scientific system of urban and rural waste to urban. Rural County isdeemed as a unit to consider waste collection, transportation and safe disposal and otherissues roundly.(2)The two living villages waste mode of "Household categories, groups cleaning,village processing" and "household categories, groups cleaning, village collection, towntransit, centralized processing”, which core idea is to create a new model of ruralhousehold waste, in order to achieve regional towns waste overall planning, processing,improve processing efficiency, advance rural environmental outlook, realize village lifewaste reduction, recycling, harmless goal progressively. (3) The author selects the applicable town waste disposal mode for differentboundary conditions. For closer from the county town should select "household categories,groups cleaning, village collection, town transit, centralized processing" mode, andaccording to the length of haul and other factors to select a direct shipment or transportmode; for the distance is far away from the county seat of villages and towns, thetransportation is convenient area according to the length of the distance of a transshipmentor secondary transfer of intensive processing pattern; for villages and towns notconvenient transportation and the distance is too far away, author chooses the “householdcategories, groups cleaning, village processing” mode, then categorizes living wastecollection, adopts on-site processing...
