The Study Of Evaluation Of Domestic Garbage Collection,Transportation And Disposal Mode In Villages And Towns

With the rapid development of rural economy in China,the living standards of farmers have been significantly improved,the concept of consumption has been changing,the production of rural household waste has been increasing,and the composition of garbage has also become increasingly complex.Rural areas are lagging behind in economic development.Garbage management services lag behind cities.Most household waste is disposed of directly behind rivers and villages without effective treatment.It is seriously beyond the confinement of the natural environment and creates a dilemma for the ?waste of the village?.The problem of rural household garbage pollution has become one of the major issues that need to be solved urgently.This paper combines the actual situation and theoretical basis in rural areas to study the applicability of the mode of collection and treatment of domestic garbage in rural areas,in order to provide a basis for the management of waste management in rural areas in China.Firstly,this paper deeply investigated the basic data of domestic garbage production,waste collection,transportation system and waste management in rural areas in China,analyzed the problems existing in the management of rural household garbage,and provided a basis for the evaluation of the collection and treatment mode of rural household garbage.Secondly,a characteristic index system based on per capita net income,terrain,land area,population density,and per capita output of garbage was constructed by studying the influencing factors of the processing mode of the collection and transportation of domestic garbage.The K-Means clustering method in cluster analysis was used to cluster different towns and divided into three types of towns: urban integration,intensive and village household aggregation.It also analyzed the mode of collection and transportation of domestic garbage under different boundary conditions in various types of villages and towns,and proposed a model for the collection and transportation of garbage in various types of villages and towns,based on the main waste disposal methods in rural China.Finally,taking the collection,transportation and disposal mode of domestic garbage as the research object,16 indicators were selected from the perspectives of economy,technology,society,and environment to build an analytic hierarchy model for the types of garbage collection and treatment that may be adopted by various types of villages and towns in the future.The comprehensive comparison of the schemes using the group decision analytic hierarchy process(AHP)showed that the urban integrated villages and towns were more suitable for the classification,collection and disposal of household garbage,and the intensive villages and towns were more suitable for the collection and disposal of household garbage by mixed landfill.Villages and towns were more suitable for the collection and separation of domestic waste,screening and reduction,organic wastes and inorganic wastes were treated as composts and landfills.
