With the Ethernet, industrial automation, Fieldbus and other technicaldevelopment, the technology of the Internet of things emerge as the times require. TheInternet of things can be infiltrated into any fields. The technology of the Internet ofthings has an unprecedented application in the breadth and depth, which also made arapid development of the Internet of things. Coal industry is an important applicationfield of Internet of things. Our country advocate creates a close-knit coalition withinformation technology, sensory technology, transmission technology, intelligenttechnology, modern control technology, modern information management technology,modern mine production and management technology, form the mining person toperson、person to things、things to things combined with content of mine Internet ofthings. Mining resources exploitation in urgent need of constructing a perceptivesystem of mine Internet of things, in order to achieve the goal of mine to sustainableeconomic growth.In order to meet the above requirements, according to the current coal mineautomation’s characteristic, this article presents an design scheme of double CAN buscommunication system based on mine Internet of things. This article first gives theSTM32micro-controller overall design scheme of embedded system, based on thesystem structure, in turn, designs the various parts of the hardware circuit design andsoftware implementation of the plan. Then designs the design of the PLC part designand Ethernet transmission scheme, and designs the design of the comprehensivemonitor. Finally designs the protocol of data communication based on bus topologyand hardware structure.This article chose the powerful data processing function of STM32micro-controller as the main control chip. Use Internet STM32micro-controller of theCAN communication interface to realize long distance information communication,use the integration of RS485and RS232communication interface for data upload andspeech broadcast, use the GPIO interface to implement the digital signal and analogsignal’s acquisition and control. System designs sub control system of PLC for logiccontrol and Ethernet communication.The main CAN bus data detection transmitted tothe remote control room for comprehensive monitoring through the Ethernet communication, remote control station can also develop database service system, soas to achieve the remote Internet access.By simulation and practical case studies and combining the design scheme ofeach main part of the system, article makes some necessary tests, and at the end of thearticle, the experimental results are given. CAN be seen from the results, the systemthrough the double CAN bus actualized the10km data detection、remote control andinformation communication function in Double CAN communication system basedon Mine Internet of things.
