Factory production of edible fungi is the future development direction of edible fungus industry in China.At present, China’s edible fungus factory production is given priority with wood rotting fungi, Its production process including bottling, sterilization and so on a series of link until end of digging a bottle, but after digging bottle mushroom bottle cleaning basically manually on hire a large number of labor to clean,manual cleaning efficiency is low, it’s not conducive to continuous production, but increasing the labor costs of enterprises. Currently on the market does not apply to edible fungus inside washing bottle,so it’s very important that developed the bottle washing machine which suitable factory production.This topic has developed a new kind of adapt to the characteristics of edible fungi factory production bottle washing machine which through the research of edible fungi factory production characteristics and current bottle washing machine at home and abroad combined with the artificial cleaning bacteria bottle requirement. The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1) We designed bottles of plate structure based on the characteristics of edible fungi factory production the whole basket of planting, determine the whole basket inside cleaning mode.
