At present, the machining workshops still rely on manual mode to summarize theworkshop job in foundry enterprises in china. This will result in untimely of informationcollection and the problems of machining workshops can’t be solved timely andmachining workshops focused on planned orders while ignored workshop on-siteinformation feedback. It will lead to that production situation can’t be control in time andthe abnormal situation on online processing site can’t be resolved quickly. Therefore, themachining workshops of foundry enterprises should to change the traditional producingmode by using information technology and modern management methods, so themanagement level of foundry enterprise can be highly enhanced.Firstly, in order to solve the problems existing in the foundry enterprises machiningworkshop production process, this thesis introduced the concept of workshop productionmanagement system to the machining workshop. Due to the timely and accuracy ofinformation collection is the basic condition of the machining workshop productionmanagement system based on the online processing mode. What’s more, bar codetechnology can collect the information of production site rapidly and accurately, andreduce the staff labor intensity at the same time improve the production efficiency. So thisthesis introduced the bar code technology to the machining workshop productionmanagement process in foundry enterprises.Secondly, after clearly understanding the features of foundry enterprise machiningworkshop production management, this research analyzed the system requirement whichincluded business process analysis, data flow analysis and data dictionary design. Thisthesis designed and implemented a set of production management system of foundryenterprises machining workshop based on the online processing mode. The systemcollected the information of machining workshop production process, real-time recordedthe processing situation of each production station and workers. It could automaticallyconducted site acceptance and online processing for machining workshops, and it alsoautomatically calculated the operator’s machining wage, so as to improve the working efficiency and management level of foundry enterprises.Finally, with a machining workshop producing process case in Jiangsu WanhengCasting industry Co., Ltd., the thesis analyzed processing of site acceptance and onlineprocessing in machining workshops of foundry enterprises. The application effects showthat the system can timely and accurately collect the information of machining workshops,easily and efficiently implement piece quality traceability, automatically calculate theoperator’s machining wage, greatly improve work efficiency, and are valuable forindustrial application and spreading.
