| In recent years, due to the progress of social economy in our country, the roaddevelopment speed, and the rapid growth of car ownership, pollution caused by vehicles isincreasingly evident. In addition to the well-known automobile exhaust pollution, researchon automotive brake/tire wear pollution is limited, wear particle contamination isprimarily generated due to automobile braking during acceleration and deceleration, andtire debris is generated by the relative movement of tread with road surface, thesecontaminants will pollute the urban environment.In Wuhan city as the research object, this paper investigates the statistics of thevariety of Wuhan automobile as well as the number of each type of car, combined withvarious types of automobile average mileage, brake pads/tire wear factor and brakes/tirespollutant concentrations, projections Wuhan automobile brake/tire in pollution load,pollution load generated by Wuhan automobile brake/tires per year is calculated. Theresults are as follows:(1)Calculation of Wuhan automobile tires per year to the environmental emissionsof heavy metals pollution load: Cd3.8-9.4kg/year, Cr28.2-225.2kg/year, Cu14077.2-122002.2kg/year, Ni18.8-268.4kg/year, Pb140.8-1877.0kg/year, Sb187.7-5630.9kg/year, Zn4692.4-9384.784kg/year. Brake pads wear of the heavy metalCu pollution load is the largest, small passenger cars accounted for80.94%of the total car,heavy metal copper of5366.4-46508.7kg per year was discharged into the environment,which accounted for38.12%Cu total emissions. Secondly, the annual emissions of heavymetals Cu for heavy-duty truck is up to3896.6-33770.6kg. On the rate of share of heavymetal Cu (27.68%), second only to small passenger cars (38.12%).(2)Calculation of Wuhan automobile tires per year to the environmental emissionsof heavy metals and PAHs pollution load: Cd2.0-4.6kg/year, Cr8.0-31.8kg/year, Cu8.0-27.1kg/year, Ni4.0-12.7kg/year, Pb37.4-119.4kg/year, Sb3.0-4.0kg/year, Zn31837.7-39797.164kg/year, PAHs795.9-1392.9kg/year. Heavy metal zinc pollutioncaused by tire wear was serious, the annual emissions of heavy metals Zn for small passenger cars up to14310.4-17888.0kg was discharged into the environment, whichaccounted for44.95%Zn total emissions. Secondly, but the annual emissions of heavymetals Zn for heavy-duty truck is up to8312.8-10391.0kg.In addition, for road runoff pollution caused by automobile Wuhan, thecorresponding engineering and non-engineering measures are proposed, and the LIDmeasures are utilized to remold the Wuhan city roads and parking lot. |
