| After nearly one hundred years of construction,underground gas storage has become the main way of natural gas storage in the world.Only by speeding up the construction of gas storage can we meet the increasing consumption of natural gas.With the increase of gas storage period,sand production is very common.In this paper,for 10 Wells in Yu37 well area,the critical production pressure difference of formation sand production in injection-production Wells was predicted and the proppant stress analysis was carried out to calculate the critical production.The node analysis method was used to establish the production coordination point and calculate the injection peak.The study shows that the critical production pressure difference is calculated by comparing the core particle migration experiment with the five methods of sand production prediction in gas storage,and it is more reasonable to choose the"C"formula method and the Vaziri model method as the reference to determine the injection and production peak.In the actual production process of gas storage,the positive and negative displacement pressure difference system is more optimized.Fracture width,closing pressure,proppant particle size,saturation,and production pressure difference are related to the actual production of the gas reservoir.Controlling these influencing parameters can effectively prevent proppant backflow.According to the productivity equation,the inflow and outflow dynamic curve of gas injection and production well is drawn,the production coordination point is established,and the sensitivity analysis of each influencing factor is carried out.Based on node system analysis,taking Well Yu42-1 as an example,the maximum and minimum gas production in low pressure operation stage was 477,200 m~3/day and 270,000 m~3/day respectively.In the high-pressure operation stage,the maximum gas production was 966,700 m3/day and the minimum gas production was643,400 m~3/day.In the low-pressure operation stage,the maximum injection volume is 699,800m~3/day and the minimum injection volume is 421,000 m~3/day;in the high-pressure operation stage,the maximum injection volume is 421,000 c m~3/day and the minimum injection volume is 217,000 m~3/day.According to the calculation process,the injection and production peaks of10 Wells in Yu37 well area are calculated respectively. |
